- Verification: Rarely, we may need extra time for address or payment verification; if so, we’ll notify you.
2) Delivery Timelines 📦
- Metro & Tier-1 cities: ~3–5 business days.
- Other locations in India: ~5–7 business days.

Remote/ODA pincodes: Add 2–4 business days.
Delays can happen due to weather, festivals, or courier constraints—we’ll keep you posted.
3) Shipping Fees 💳
- Calculated at checkout based on weight/volume/destination.
- Free shipping may apply during promotions—watch our banners and emails! 🎉
4) Tracking & Notifications 🔔
- You’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS when the order ships.
- Track status in real-time: picked up, in transit, out for delivery, delivered.
5) Address Changes & Cancellations ✍️
- Need a change? Contact us within 2 hours of placing the order at hiwzaenterprises@gmail.com or +91 74287 63605.
- If the order has shipped, we can’t reroute, but we’ll try our best with the courier.
6) Delivery Attempts & Undeliverable Orders 🚪
- Couriers usually make 1–3 attempts.
- If undelivered and returned to us due to incorrect address/unavailability, we can reship (extra charges may apply) or refund the item cost excluding original shipping.
7) Packaging & Safety 🎁
- We pack with care to reduce damage risk.
- If your parcel looks tampered or damaged, refuse delivery and inform us immediately with photos.
8) Partial Shipments 📬
If an item is back-ordered, we may ship available items first and the rest later—no extra shipping for the second parcel.
9) Festivals & Force Majeure 🎆
During peak seasons or unforeseen events (strikes, floods), shipping may take longer. We’ll keep communication open.
