Return & Refund Policy
We stand by the products we sell and want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. 💯
1) Return Window 🗓️
- Raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
2) Eligibility ✅
Returned items must be:
- Unused & unwashed, with original tags, manuals, and accessories.
- In original undamaged packaging with invoice.
- Free from stains, scratches, or signs of wear (unless DOA/defective).
3) Non-Returnable Items 🚫
- Consumables/hygiene items once opened.
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable.”
- Gift cards and custom orders.
(If the item is defective on arrival, we’ll still help—see next section.)
4) Damaged, Missing, or Defective on Arrival (DOA) 🛠️
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos/videos of the packaging and product.
- After verification, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund.
5) How to Start a Return 📧
Email hiwzaenterprises@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return (brief description)
- Photos/videos (if damaged/defective)
We’ll reply with pickup instructions or return address.
6) Who Pays Return Shipping? 🚚
- Our error (wrong/defective item): We cover return shipping.
- Change of mind/size/color: You pay return shipping or we deduct it from the refund if we arrange pickup.
7) Refund Method & Timeline ⏳
- Refunds go to your original payment method.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days (bank times may vary).
- If you haven’t received the refund after our confirmation, contact your bank; then reach us and we’ll help.
8) Exchanges 🔄
Want a different size/color (if applicable)? We recommend return + new purchase so the new item ships faster.
9) Cancellations ⛔
- Request within 2 hours of placing the order if not shipped yet.
- If shipped, please use the return process.
